I've loved all the versions of this you went through, but this one's probably my favorite. xD I really like the coloring here, especially the shading on her dress. The purplish red shading really works well with the background color. And as always, the expressions are win and then some.

seriosuly your art hasent blown me away like this in a very long time. they both look so AMAMZING! the girls shapes is so perfect for her fiery chracter and the boy looks so awkward but cute at the same time! I love this so much it's so great to see some of your old spark back!
