Crap Nobody Cares About

My first longer day (only 6 and a half hours) at Safeway was fun. I wore the wrong shoes though and now I want to cut my legs off but...yeah, my job is really fun. Lots of running around, never boring. I wasn't even supposed to work today, but I covered for someone, and even worked an extra hour to cover for another person.

I have a few 9-hour days coming up. Oh god kill me. Cart-collection is the worst because I'm super tiny and more than 3 carts is too heavy for me. It takes a full hour for me to bring them all in. IN THE RAIN FFFFFFF. And snow, eventually. And brutal sun.

Trash collection is grody, but not hard. Cleaning the bathrooms usually isn't a big deal. Bagging is my favorite part. My manager told me I was a really hard worker today. :3

I want a job ;n;

I'm afraid to apply at the grocery store near me because judging by the other kids my age that they hire, I'd have to be peppy, pretty, and blond to work there. I'm neurotic, pasty, and my hair is a fugly brown colour dyed also-fugly black. fml.

Well, I'm out then XD Actually I'm a pretty nice person but I've got a fuckton of anxiety issues so I have a hard time talking to people and it makes me seem kinda cold and distant and bitchy ):

That being said, I live in Knoxville, TN. So their perception of a good employee is different from wherever you are unless you're in TN of course.

Glad to hear your job is going well ^_^ i dunno what a safeway is but it sounds like a grocerty store...

...i fooking hate cart collecting too -_- I would pick bathroom cleaning every time over that... too freaking heavy!! Send the bigger guys out not midgets and girls XD
